FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Ashley Spillane is a social impact strategist whose expertise bridges the political, technology and entertainment industries. She has over a decade of experience developing and implementing organizational and campaign strategies that drive measurable impact.
As the head of organizations like Rock the Vote, The Atlas Project, and Democratic GAIN, she forged large-scale cause marketing partnerships with companies including iHeartRadio, Microsoft, Verizon, USAToday, Twitter, and Tinder. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School where she was awarded the Roy and Lila Ash Fellowship in Democracy.
Matt Singer is an organizer, entrepreneur, and three-time college dropout. He founded National Voter Registration Day and the Alliance for Youth Action, a nonprofit that works to build local youth power all over the country. Matt built and managed a coalition of over 3,000 nonprofit organizations, businesses, and election administrators. The event repeatedly trended on social media; engaged Democrats and Republicans; and appeared on many of the largest media and technology platforms. Through the Alliance for Youth Action (previously the Bus Federation) and its affiliates, Matt supported local organizing that passed the nation’s first automatic voter registration law and secured a number of other major policy wins while developing new leaders. He currently consults for a number of projects at the intersection of philanthropy, organizing, and voting rights.
Keara Fenzel has dedicated her career to election access and social justice in Colorado. She has nonprofit experience managing the Denver program at New Era Colorado, and has worked on numerous electoral campaigns as a staff member and volunteer. Keara ran electoral program for 172 affiliate unions as Political Director of the Colorado AFL-CIO in one of the largest electoral programs in the state. She has specialized in digital and field-based mobilization, high-stakes turnout work, candidate recruitment and training, and issue advocacy at both the state and local levels.
Erin Lange is a multifaceted designer and creative storyteller. She leverages the intersection of design, culture and technology to develop innovative solutions and impactful experiences. Erin’s expertise in human-centered design has enabled her to create engaging campaigns, curated brands and delightful digital experiences. She has collaborated with a myriad of organizations and designed successful products for clients including C-SPAN, Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, congressional representatives, and the Folger Shakespeare Library.
Juliette Boberg is a Program Manager at Impactual, focusing on the firm’s philanthropic and cultural civic engagement programs. Juliette got her start at a music talent booking agency, where she planned and facilitated multi-million dollar tours. Wanting to apply her skills in audience engagement and multifaceted marketing strategies to politics, Juliette joined a successful grassroots political organizing effort Northeast Pennsylvania during the 2018 midterm election. She is particularly interested in work at the intersection of entertainment and politics. Juliette holds a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College and lives in Washington, DC.
