Theo is driven by a passion for building progressive power and inspiring civil society to protect democracy. He began his career with the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee during the 2024 cycle, playing a key role in resource allocation. He helped coordinate investment strategy for Frontline and Red-to-Blue districts and facilitated partnerships with stakeholders across the progressive campaign ecosystem. Following the cycle, he contributed to nonprofits and advocacy organizations to expand funding opportunities and build relationships that align with their missions.

Theo has a bachelor’s degree in Government and Spanish from Cornell University, where he also minored in Law & Society and Latin American and Caribbean Studies.

Originally from Reno, Nevada, he now lives in New York City and enjoys cycling, skiing, exploring new neighborhoods, and spending time outdoors.
