Erica is Founding Partner and Chief Growth Officer of New York City-based event production company Tinsel Experiential Design. Tinsel is a woman-owned agency committed to executing imaginative, immersive experiences for organizations and brands like Pizza to the Polls, Twitch, Spotify, L'Oreal, Mercedes-Benz, and Condé Nast. Erica’s work has been featured in The New York Times, Vogue, WWD, Forbes, and Inc, with the company named by BizBash as one of the Top 50 Event Designers in North America and by Harper’s Bazaar as a Top Event Designer in the World.

Erica also serves as a Northeast Regional Coordinator for The Alumni Association for the The Jackie Robinson Foundation, a national non-profit organization founded to perpetuate the icon’s legacy through scholarship, leadership, and service. She was honored as one of JRF’s “42 Under 40” distinguished alumni. She is also extremely passionate about attending monthly Broadway shows, enjoying naptime with her french bulldog (Mayhem, May for short), political activism and protecting voting rights for marginalized communities, and traveling to soak in blue waters, blue skies, red meat, and red wine.
